We love a good session at the gym. But here at Hydrofitness we offer so much more!
Attending a class is a great way to get fit while having fun in a social environment, learn something new or have an hour to get away from it all and have some time to do something just for you.

7am Resistance band Circuit with Anna
2pm Shakti Mat Meditation session with Anna (limited spaces so please message on the day of the class to book)
DanceFit with Anna 7pm outside the gym in the car park. Spaces are limited so please message us on the day of the class to book your space. Members will be given priority.
Boot camp with Anna outside the gym at 8am (weather permitting)
