THE CLASSES

It's more than a gym. There's fun classes to suite everyone!

We love a good session at the gym. But here at Hydrofitness we offer so much more!

Attending a class is a great way to get fit while having fun in a social environment, learn something new or have an hour to get away from it all and have some time to do something just for you.

Stretch & Tone

Monday 7.30pm - 8.30pm @Colcot Community Centre Keats Way Barry

Ballet inspired workout. Members only at the moment. Please message to book your space.

Resistance Band Circuit 

Tuesday 2pm - 3pm

This is members only, just book your slot as normal on the website and attend.

Great for toning and an all over workout, which compliments the gym circuit. 

Yogalates with Cath

Wednesday evenings 7.30pm - 8.30pm @ Colcot Community Centre

An amazing all over workout.  Free for monthly members £5 for pay as you go members or £6 for anyone else wanting to join in.

Mowtown Morning

Thursday mornings - Book your slot on the circuit in the morning as usual and be inspired by the mowtown tunes :)

Pilates wih Jo

Friday 6pm - 7pm @ Colcot Community Centre Keats Way Barry 

Get ready for an all over workout with Jo. Free for monthly members, £5 for pay as you go members or £6 for anyone else wanting to join in. 

Boot Camp

Saturday 8am - outside the gym. Weather permitting.
