It's more than a gym. There's fun classes to suit everyone!

We love a good session at the gym. But here at Hydrofitness we offer so much more!

Attending a class is a great way to get fit while having fun in a social environment, learn something new or have an hour to get away from it all and have some time to do something just for you.

This is our current class timetable. But please join our Facebook page to keep right up to date with any new classes or possible changes to times or venues.

8am Resistance band Circuit with Anna Book your slots as normal.

2.30pm Shakti Mat Meditation session with Anna (limited spaces so please message on the day of the class to book).

DanceFit with Anna 7pm outside the gym in the car park.  Spaces are limited so please message us on the day of the class to book your space.  Members will be given priority.  When the weather turns the class will be moved inside, please bear in mind that this can change at any time, do please keep an eye on the Facebook page.

Boot Camp

Saturdays

Boot camp with Anna outside the gym at 8am (weather permitting) 

Spaces are limited so please message us on the day of the class to book your space.  Members will be given priority. This will be changed to an insanity training circuit inside if the weather is bad.  This can change at any time so please keep an eye on the Facebook page for updates and cancellations. 

10am Whitney Power Hour with Amy - book your slots as normal.
