It's more than a gym. There's fun classes to suit everyone!

We love a good session at the gym. But here at Hydrofitness we offer so much more!

Attending a class is a great way to get fit while having fun in a social environment, learn something new or have an hour to get away from it all and have some time to do something just for you.

8am Resistance band circuit with Anna book your slots as normal.

6pm Legs Bums and Tums circuit with Anna book your slots as normal.

Sunset Yoga

Wednesdays

9am Resistance Band Circuit with Anna - book your slots as normal.

6 - 7pm DanceFit outside the gym with Anna no need to book just turn up. Free for members or £6 pay as you go.

Pilates Work Out

Thursdays

2pm Body Blast Circuit with Laura (message on the day to book your space).

6pm Weighted Bar Circuit with Anna - book your slots as normal.

Dancing Woman

Fridays

8am Resistance Band Circuit with Anna - book your slots as normal.

6pm Ladies choice!!! You choose the music you want on to spur you on around the circuit.  

Boot Camp

Saturdays

8am Boot camp with Anna, Message to book.

10.30am Circuit training with Laura - Outside the gym, no need to book, free for members or £6 for pay as you go and non members
