Our gym is a friendly, supportive place to come and work out. No men, no mirrors!

We specialise in Hydro Fitness interval training. It's a workout based on the circuit training concept, where you spend time on each piece of our Hydrofintness equipment for periods of between 1 and 2 minutes. In between you get to do some stretches, lunges, jumps, marching on the spot, or whatever you want for 60 seconds... and then move on to the next machine. You certainly won't get bored!

The range of equipment make sure you work your whole body from head to toe. They are designed to resist your movements, while helping you work your muscles in a safe and controlled way.

Our staff are always on hand and will show you how to use the equipment and get the best out of your workout. They'll also be able to help you put a plan in place if you want to work on something specific.

Standard opening times

Monday to Friday - 7am to 7pm

Saturday & Sunday - 9am to 1pm

We try our very best to keep the gym opening hours as standard. But please keep informed by joining our Facebook group, where we post any opening time changes.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Covid-19 crisis, MEMBERS are required to book their hour long session. Only 8 members are allowed in the gym at one time.
